We are excited to inform you that the current issue of Baseball America
(April 6th-19th) features a great article written by Kary Booher
regarding the Texas Rangers, and their change in philosophy, including
the implementation of Long Toss into their training regimen (http://www.baseballamerica.com/today/minors/news/2009/267871.html).
Alan and I had a chance to meet and demonstrate our throwing program
with a number of the the Rangers management at the General Manager's
meetings in Dana Point this past December. We are grateful to the
Texas Rangers for looking into our throwing program, and incorporating
many of our principles, first down in the Dominican Republic at their
Academy, and currently in Surprise, Arizona at their Spring Training
Complex, where Alan was excited to see in person this March.
