The Mental Warrior Program encompasses all of the Jaeger Sports Mental Training Principles. Take care of your mind on and off the field with a progressive and easy-to-implement Mental Training program.

J-Bands exercises can be performed in both the comfort of your home as well as on the playing field. These baseball bands have a heavier tension designed for ages 13 & older. Check out our J-Bands™ Jr. for ages 12 and younger. There is a quantity discount for orders of 5 or more.

The Jaeger Sports J-Bands™ are an integral part of our Arm Care Program and a prerequisite to our Throwing Program. The eleven-step J-Band exercise routine is designed to balance, strengthen & condition the rotator cuff & surrounding muscle groups. These stretches are crucial for injury prevention, endurance, recovery period and increased velocity. It is an essential workout for any baseball or softball player whose goal is to have a long and healthy career.
