Our J-Bands™ exercise can be performed in both the comfort of your home as well as on the playing field. These J-Bands™ have a heavier tension designed for ages 13 & older. Check out our J-Bands™ Jr. for ages 12 and younger. There is a quantity discount for orders of 5 or more.
The Jaeger Sports J-Bands™ are an integral part of our Arm Care Program and a prerequisite to our Throwing Program. The eleven step J-Band™ exercise routine is designed to balance, strengthen & condition the rotator cuff & surrounding muscle groups. The J-Band™ exercise routine is crucial for injury prevention, endurance, recovery period and increased velocity.
