The Mental Warrior Program is an all digital program that will be accessed through an email account created upon completion of your order.

The Mental Warrior Program encompasses all of the Jaeger Sports Mental Training principles. 

This program will help you build a relationship with the breath, the present moment, and ultimately make you a better player. The Mental Warrior Program will also teach you how to apply Mental Training during performance. It will give you the tools to execute a pitch-to-pitch process whether you are a pitcher or a hitter. 

The Mental Warrior Program is designed in a step-by-step approach that will systematically get you more comfortable with mental training. The program starts with a simple 2 minute exercise and moves up to a more advanced 25 Minute Guided Meditation.

The program is delivered in 10 easy-to-consume sections and can be completed at your own pace. There will be a video in each section as well as written explanations to help implement the training. Mental Warrior Program with the Jaeger Sports Mental Training Mat – $64.95

Just as the J-Bands™ are the tool for the Jaeger Sports Arm Care and Conditioning Program, the Jaeger Sports Mental Training Mat is the tool for the Jaeger Sports Mental Training. The mat becomes the Mental Warrior Training Ground and a place where you can quiet the mind and relax the body.
