We can not overstate the importance and the value we place on Mental Training here at Jaeger Sports. When Alan Jaeger started Jaeger Sports in 1991, he prioritized Mental Training first and foremost. Back in those days Mental Training was not popular and almost frowned upon. Luckily, these days Mental Training is a necessity to optimize one’s career and performance.

What is Mental Training? 

Mental Training is training for the mind so that you can perform optimally. Perform can mean many different things to many different people. The key is to look at Mental Training the way you look at Physical Training: necessary to improve performance.
