Conditioning is defined as the process of training that results in physical fitness. When you put the word “Arm” in front of Conditioning you get exactly what we are trying to accomplish with the Jaeger Sports Arm Care and Conditioning Program. We want to train the Arm over and over so that it results in Physical Fitness.
